RETURN POLICY
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in
cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item
arrives damaged or defective.
We will inspect all packages upon receipt at our
location. In the case of defective merchandise, if it is found
to be in good working order the return will be updated and shipping
charges will be applied accordingly.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in
unused, like-new, 100% resalable condition and in original
manufacturers packaging.
All damage and shortage claims must be made
within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have
the right to refuse the order. Call 800-392-8894 to report
damages and obtain a return authorization number.
A copy of the packing slip or customer receipt
must accompany all returns.
A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5-7
business days of receiving the returned item at our location.
PREPARE RETURN
Please use the manufacturer’s original packaging
or a strong corrugated carton to ship your product back.
Attach a return address label per instructions after obtaining an
RMA number.
RMA number must be visible on outside of package
being returned.
Pack the item. Seal with package sealing tape securely. Ship
the package. You will have to pay the return shipping charges
and drop off at your nearest USPS or Fed Ex location. For a
